Or do you have a different idea of “chili” all together.  The host left no specific instructions, so have fun and be creative.  Be sure to post back here with what you made and the recipe and check out what &lt;a href="http://anchoragegourmet.blogspot.com"&gt;Anchorage Gourmet Night&lt;/a&gt; did. With gourmetnight.org, we plan to post the month’s theme for our meal and invite others to post what they’ve made in keeping with the theme.  We also encourage others to start their own gourmet night groups.  It’d be fun to see different groups work from the same theme, but it will also be wonderful to see what themes other groups come up with.
